UN peace-keepers had passed without a fight the "UN Safe Heaven" to the Bosnian-Serbian Army, BSA. This was a violation of one of the responsibilities the UNPF was engaged in Bosnia.
However, in the process at a a civil court in The Hague the jury has made the state Netherlands (Dutch) for the deaths of more than 300 Muslim men and boys civilly responsible for the Srebrenica massacre. Netherlands is in complicity in the deaths of the men. The men were deported from the camp of the Dutch UN peace-keepers in Potocari on 13 July 1995, the judge, Larissa Elwin, ruled on Wednesday July 16 in The Hague. The plaintiff was the union of the "Mothers of Srebrenica" and relatives of victims of the massacre during the Bosnian war. During the 4 years war, in July 1995, Serbian forces had overrun the UN "Safe Heaven", Srebrenica, and killed around 8,000 Muslims. The Dutch UN peace-keepers were ill equipped and were unable to defend the Enclave, so they were handing the territory they had agreed to defend to the Bosnian Serb Army under the command of General Ratko Mladic without exchanging a single bullet, but sharing a few glasses of champagne. To the defense of the Dutch UN peace-keepers must be said that the then HRSG Akashi did not allow the then UNPF force commander Brigade General Mike Rose to help the Dutch UN peace-keepers. But this of course was not being discussed in the mainstream media. The Srebrenica massacre later was used by Western powers to justify their illegal war against Serbia with the argument to stop a wave of Kosovo Albanian refugees sweeping into Europe. This then was a template for all invasions that followed in other regions across the world. ![]() NSA "Security" pundit affair is becoming an ever greater burden! For the majority of Europeans it is surprising to see how the majority of Americans watch totally passive their civil rights disappear - allegedly for their own safety and without protest of countless victims of arrests because of "conduct disorder". On the contrary, most people celebrated on July 4 a country which no longer exists since 9/11. After months of hesitation and procrastination the the German Federal government had to bend down on the will and mood of its citizens and to evict the highest intelligence officer for US Americas in Germany, forced the spy to leave the country. Why? Simply Because the reservoir of patience is largely depleted. Germans have clear ideas about friendship: They expect, according to an opinion poll from a friend reliability (88 percent), mutual support (79 percent), an open approach to each other (77 percent) and "that one can talk about anything" (73 percent). Measured against these criteria we can the current term friendship with view of German-American relations describe as "disturbed". Because none of this is true more. The NSA spy scandal has severely damaged the relationship with the erstwhile protector and supporter. It is a trend since the invasion in Iraq. While 2003 most Germans trusted the USA (73%) the recent poll states only 27 %. And, it is indeed a bit surprising that the US administration is fiddling in Israel and Ukraine, is donating half a billion to terrorists (anti Assad groups) in Syria, but is totally clueless with the development in Iraq where religious fascists bringing nuke and mustard gas facilities, large arms storages with US arms left behind in 2010 under their control to fight their gruesome war which was initiated by even this illegal invasion of Iraq. This is from a legal perspective at least "favoring of crime". Spy on allies - "that's impossible!" German Chancellor Merkel was criticizing without diplomatic and linguistic dislocation. "Such an approach is disrespectful, destroys trust and has nothing to do with friendship". Also Germans federal government is in a dilemma: On the one hand they can not stand idly by when the U.S. "superpower" is dancing on everybody's nose and on the other hand has the German government various reasons not to pour oil into a fire, because in the current climate of this confrontation even more porcelain is being broken. Of course evicting a spy is certainly not more than a "homeopathic" reaction which hardly impressed the administration but at least indeed made her snooper angry. Of similar quality is this silly recommendation that the German secret services should in future exchange only safety-related information with their U.S. counterparts. The US administration is in complete denial, did not even responded for many month to minimalistic demands, so they will anyway continue as usual, - what ever is agreed. There will be no change, and sooner this is being realized the better it will be to avoid to become more contaminated by a superpower empire of 18 Trillion debts and in decline. So, what is the right response to the unacceptable crimes of the NSA? Not only that the German Federal Government should think about to suspend negotiations on the Trans-Atlantic Free Trade Agreement (TTIP) but entirely the EU should do so. And this immediately today! There is EU wide a very large consensus not to let the USA impose their so called "free-market" system which in reality is just a protection shield for US cooperations like Monsanto, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, et al. You can see the out-come of this system through-out the rst of the world. This Trans-Atlantic Free Trade Agreement must be put on hold until the USA is prepared to sign a so-called no-Spy Agreement with the EU, -no matter if their puddles in London like this idea or not. So far, the U.S. has such an Free Trade Agreement only with the UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. The UK has to decide if it wants EU or NAFTA. Most of the crime during the Enron case where committed in London. Without such willingness of the US Administration is largely impossible that any form of TTIP is being signed. Look at the fines that have had to be paid by European banks because they violated the sanctions the USA is placing at their conveniences on poor countries. The skepticism against the USA for the majority of citizens in Europe has become too big - not only in the spy-matter and NATO enlargement into former Warsaw pact states! As long as the USA continues to sniff and spy in Europe, trusting talks about a potential TTIP contract are in any case impossible. Not only that: There is great danger that the transatlantic dispute mutetes into a serious crisis of confidence when mistrust of the citizens towards the USA is continuing to grow. My personal opinion is that if you want to spy, then smart because if you spy dull, you harvest enemies not useful information. It seems that all governments involved have lost their control over their "intelligence" pundits. That is far worse than a fragile friendship. ![]() Some political careers can end at the back door to reality. This is of course the wear & tear process, a result of exaggerated ambitions and in particular with hubris. With so much hubris it is clear Nicolas Sarkozy could only persuade himself to be right. In his recent "performance" at the police, where it was about to be determined to file an act against favouring, he put reproach against reproach. For the vast majority, however, it looked as if he was trying to suppress an previous scandal with a new scandal. Yes he allegedly has accepted financial support for his presidential election campaign from this naughty "dictator" Gaddafi. That's at least what the investigators are saying. Oh well, don't even think the the sun-glass wearing "floppy hats" are only bugging you. The investigators had tapped Sarkozy phone. As we all know, they bug whom ever they what and justify this with "for our own security". Whistleblowers are traitors... All this hype about former French President Nico Sarkozy is rather a warning for current President François Hollande then it is a a political gain. Above all, we have to keep in mind that a scandal here another one there, the vanity & arrogance is affecting the compliance with the basic principles of democracy. So what? The problem is that, ultimately at a certain point, it can not be distinguished between truth and fairy tales. A rogue who does not now believe that the goal is to turn away frustrated voters from politics so they sit quietly on their sofas watching television to let panopticum pass revue. Like Obama it is the same with Hollande: fights against the tentacles of a "security" industry and "war-toys-manufacturer-lobbies", plus those industries who are depending on this "defence" & "security" networks (war-ministries, surveillance etc). Its the "Security & Defence" which enables these global operating enterprises to continue shady tax-free business activities overseas. Unfortunately for them, the times for more and more "wars of conveniences" are coming to an end. There is simply not enough money left. Also people don't buy all their crap. More dangerous they just vote for populistic candidates who have even less political experiances... I don't need to remember that French citizens mainly voted for François Hollande to get Sarkozy out, and then there is a Laurent Fabius, actually the member in Hollandes government I appreciated the most because he was the only professional politician with a long political agenda as he was appointed as Foreign Minster in Hollandes government. But then Fabius wheedled his boss into Mali, which was only necessary in order to clean up the consequences of the failed "democratization" in Libya. And despite so many people died, both, Libya and Mali are now failed states. Human-rights hippies and war mongers alike can continue to talk about: "Responsibility to protect", the only out-come was: the tax payer pays to host refugees from countries, we think, we are responsible to protect people against obscure "dictators". In reality global-player together with their politicians harvest the cash while the rest of the citizans are sucking their thumbs. So, what is not so simple to understand that if a "dictator" who is "donating" a few millions for a election champaign for a candidate. The "dictator" is doing it because he wants to avoid to become a prey of the sanction policy by the political leaders of the so called civilized world. "Dictators" fear bad publicity caused by the nagging of think-tank-pundits and their institutionalized human-rights hippies forcing politicians to act. Sarkozys once cozy relationship with the Libyan "dictator" originated just three months into his presidency as Sarkozy persuaded Gaddafi to release five Bulgarian health workers who had been imprisoned for years in Libya on what were considered bogus charges that they’d intentionally infected children with HIV. Month later Sarkozy hosted Gaddafi during a high-profile state visit to Paris to symbolize the reformed Libya’s return to polite global political agendas. And then, out of a sudden, Sarkozy spearheaded the NATO "operation" that resulted not only in Gaddafi’s ouster but also his assassination. Gaddafi was history. What one is a Saddam is for the other a Moammar Numerous institutions have called for an investigation of the exact circumstances of Gaddafi's death, amid concerns that it might have been an extra-judicial killing and a war crime. According to some sources, Gaddafi was in fact killed by a French spy who infiltrated the mob of rebels that captured Gaddafi, and shot him in the head after his capture. The motive for the operation was said to be to prevent Gaddafi from being interrogated and revealing his highly suspicious links with French President Nicolas Sarkozy. The perpetrator who killed Gaddafi in a drainpipe, Ben Omran Shaaban, 22, was a year later kidnapped himself, tortured and then shot in the neck. It was certainly not mercy as Ben Omran Shaaban was flown to France, where he was receiving medical treatment for his injuries, but he died. From oil doctrine over water doctrine to uranium doctrine. Few know that Libya sits over the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer; that is, an ocean of extremely valuable fresh water. And here is where the "three sisters" - Veolia, Suez Ondeo and Saur - the French companies that control over 40% of the global water market are coming into play. Water pipelines - buried underground deep in the desert along 4,000 km - is the Great Man-Made River Project (GMMRP), which Gaddafi built for $25 billion without borrowing a single cent from IMF or World Bank. The GMMRP supplies Tripoli, Benghazi and the whole Libyan coastline. The amount of water is estimated by scientists to be the equivalent to 200 years of water flowing down the Nile. Nothing was so server damaged and none of the three sisters could get hold on this profitable asset.Has the "peasant" done his duty and can be dropped? Libya is now a failed state and there is no one to negotiate, is this the view through the back door on the reality? No only 2 year after Libya, there was Mali because the uranium mine in Niger where under threat and just another war with the same outcome... |
